SLOW DRINKING, A NEW WAY OF DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ... AS A CULINARY BLOGGER, WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS?

I really believe in this new approach to drinking alcohol: slowly, enjoyably, and in moderation.
Slow Drinking allows us to take a completely new look at aperitif time by focusing consumption on the pleasure of tasting, sharing and wanting to take the time to appreciate the moment.

The pleasure of tasting means taking the time to really savour, to pay attention to the people around you, to the occasion, to the balance of flavours in a cocktail, just like you would do for a dish or a dessert. It's also about sharing what you are sensing with friends, to prolong this convivial moment.

With Slow Drinking, you share the tasting, but you also share the preparation of the cocktails and the snacks that go with them, with guests joining in.
