THIBAUT DE SAINT POL

A former student of the ENS and ENSAE, Thibaut de Saint Pol is a sociologist who specializes in studying lifestyles and social inequalities in the field of health. He is a Director of the INSEE, a researcher at Sciences Po and a writer. 
He was awarded the Jean Trémolières nutrition research prize for his doctoral thesis on the social dimensions of overweight and the City of Paris award for research in gender studies.

She specializes in anticipating consumer behaviour, particularly in the food sector. She also takes part in health and nutrition awareness events and is the spokesperson for the INCA food consumption study, a benchmark in this field.
